Why this recipe works

One scoop of Pure Marine Collagen provides 10 grams of collagen and 160 mg of vitamin C (200% of the reference intake). Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. That is why you stir the powder in after the milk has stopped boiling: vitamin C is sensitive to heat. Tips & variations

  • Prefer it without chocolate? Use Pure Marine Natural with a pinch of cardamom and nutmeg.
  • Extra creamy: use whole milk or a splash of coconut milk.
  • For children: leave out the cocoa and use a little more cinnamon. Do not give honey to children under 1 year old.
