Laviesage is a Dutch supplement brand from Amersfoort that focuses on the skin from within. The formulas combine fish collagen with vitamins, minerals and other building blocks of skin and connective tissue. At Plenthera you will find the tablet formula Skin Base and the powder formula Skin Boost & Lift.
About Laviesage
Laviesage B.V. develops combined formulas in which several building blocks of skin and connective tissue come together in one product, instead of single ingredients. The brand uses well-known branded raw materials such as Peptan® (hydrolysed fish collagen), OptiMSM® (methylsulfonylmethane) and L-OptiZinc® (zinc), and in Skin Boost & Lift also Ceramosides® (gluten-free ceramides from wheat) and Cartidyss® (fish cartilage).
Collagen peptides are being researched in relation to skin elasticity and moisture content. Official health claims apply to the vitamins and minerals in the formulas: vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues.
Laviesage at Plenthera
Skin Base – 180 tablets
The basic formula in tablet form. Two tablets provide 1,200 mg MSM (OptiMSM®), 500 mg hydrolysed fish collagen type I (Peptan®), the amino acids L-arginine, L-glutamine and L-lysine, 117 mg vitamin C (146% of the reference intake), 70 mg silicon from bamboo, 6 mg zinc (60%), 0.4 mg copper (40%) and 0.3 mg manganese (15%). Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Free from yeast, gluten, lactose, maize and soy.
Skin Boost & Lift – powder
The extended formula as a drink. One serving (2 scoops) provides 5,000 mg fish collagen peptides type I (Peptan®), supplemented with glucosamine, MSM, hyaluronic acid (200 mg), ceramides (Ceramosides®, 200 mg), fish cartilage (Cartidyss®), chondroitin, elastin peptides, silicon from bamboo and pomegranate extract, among others. In addition, 475 mg vitamin C, 9 mg niacin, 5 mg zinc, 50 µg biotin, 20 µg selenium, 300 µg copper and 25 µg vitamin D3. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin; zinc, biotin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin; biotin and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Blueberry flavour, sweetened with stevia.

How do you use Laviesage?
- Skin Base: take 2 to 6 tablets per day according to the label, with a meal.
- Skin Boost & Lift: dissolve 1 serving (2 level scoops) in 150 ml water or juice and take it preferably during or directly after a meal. Maximum 1 serving per day; not suitable for children aged 10 and under.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you combine both products, add up the amounts of vitamin C and zinc.
Both products contain fish; Skin Boost & Lift also contains shellfish (glucosamine). If you use blood thinners, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor first. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

No. Both products contain fish collagen; Skin Boost & Lift also contains glucosamine from shellfish. Not suitable if you are allergic to fish or shellfish.
How many Skin Base tablets do you take per day?
According to the label, 2 to 6 tablets per day, with a meal. A pack of 180 tablets therefore lasts 30 to 90 days.
