A complete formula for the skin, from within. Laviesage Skin Boost & Lift is a powdered food supplement with an extensive composition: fish collagen peptides (type I, Peptan® F 2000 LD), glucosamine HCl, methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®), hyaluronic acid, ceramides (Ceramosides®) and elastin peptides, complemented by vitamins and minerals.

Each serving provides 5,000 mg fish collagen peptides. The product is taken once daily, dissolved in water or juice.

Dosage

1 serving per day (2 level scoops).

Preparation

Mix the daily serving with 150 ml of water or juice and stir or shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Preferably use a shaker for optimal preparation.
