Mag3Ultra® is a food supplement with three forms of magnesium: Sucrosomial® magnesium oxide, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium taurate. The formula is supplemented with potassium (from potassium gluconate) and vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate). This bundle contains 3 × 180 capsules, 540 capsules in total.

The maintenance dose is 1–3 capsules per day, to be taken with meals.

Dosage

Maintenance dose: 1–3 capsules per day.

Increased intake: 4–6 capsules per day, spread over the day.

Take the capsules with a meal and a glass of water, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Higher daily doses can be split into 2 or 3 intakes.

Maximum daily intake: 6 capsules.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Warnings

Do not take this product without your doctor's permission if you take blood-thinning medication (anticoagulants).

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.

Tip: Take Mag3Ultra® with your evening meal. At higher doses, spread the capsules over several meals. By taking it at a fixed time every day, you easily build a routine.
