The taste of home-made broth, without hours of simmering. Big Food Organic Bone Broth is made from bone broth from organic, grass-fed cattle. The broth is simmered and dried into a fine powder; no other ingredients are added. This 3+1 pack contains four 300 g jars: 1,200 g in total, enough for approx. 120 servings of 10 g.

Preparation as a drinking broth

Dissolve one 10 g serving in approx. 200–250 ml hot water. For a smooth result, first stir the powder with a small splash of water into a paste and then top up. Adjust the amount of water to taste.

In the kitchen

Use the powder as a base for soup, sauce, gravy or risotto, or add it when cooking rice and grains. Season to taste with salt, pepper, ginger, lemon or fresh herbs.

Recommended daily intake

As on the label: 1 serving of 10 g (1 scoop) a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Storage

Store dry and at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close an opened jar tightly, use a dry spoon and only open the next jar when needed. Keep out of reach of young children.
