Real Roots Colostrum Powder is defatted bovine colostrum from Dutch pasture-raised cattle, collected within 24 hours of calving. The powder is gently heated and defatted for a longer shelf life and higher protein concentration, and standardised to at least 30% immunoglobulins (IgG). One ingredient: colostrum (milk). Mix into lukewarm water or a drink — not into boiling water, as some components are heat-sensitive.

Dosage

Take 2–5 grams per day or as prescribed by a doctor or therapist. To build tolerance, start with 1 gram per day. Mix the powder with (luke)warm drinks (100–200 ml). Consume within 10 minutes of stirring. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
