Bragg is an American brand that has existed since 1912 and is known worldwide for its organic apple cider vinegar – raw, unfiltered, unpasteurised and with 'the Mother'. At Plenthera you will find the classic Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in two sizes.
About Bragg
Bragg Live Food Products comes from California and brought apple cider vinegar to a wide audience. The vinegar is made from organic apples that are first fermented into cider and then into vinegar by acetic acid bacteria. Bragg does not filter or pasteurise the vinegar, so 'the Mother' – the cloudy, stringy substance from fermentation – remains in the bottle. The acidity is around 5%.

How do you use Bragg apple cider vinegar?
- Shake the bottle before use so that 'the Mother' is evenly distributed.
- Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons into a large glass of water, optionally with a little honey.
- Never drink apple cider vinegar neat, and preferably use a straw: the acid can damage tooth enamel. Rinse your mouth with water afterwards.
- In the kitchen: ideal for salad dressings, marinades and sauces.
If you take medication (for example for diabetes or diuretics) or have stomach complaints, consult your doctor first before drinking apple cider vinegar daily.
