KD Ultra® by Arthur Andrew Medical contains vitamin D3 from lichen (2,500 IU per capsule) and vitamin K2 in three forms (MK-4, MK-6, MK-7), combined with vitamin K1. The formula also contains the enzyme lipase. Plant-based capsules, certified vegan.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and a glass of water, or as advised by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Close the lid tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children.

Warnings

Consult a doctor if you take anticoagulants (vitamin K may affect their action). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.

Why are there three forms of vitamin K2?

KD Ultra® contains MK-4, MK-6 and MK-7 — three menaquinone forms of vitamin K2 with different half-lives in the body.

Why is the D3 derived from lichen?

Lichen is a plant-based source of vitamin D3, which makes the product suitable for vegans. Most D3 supplements are derived from lanolin (wool fat).

Can I combine KD Ultra® with anticoagulants?

Vitamin K can affect the action of anticoagulants (such as warfarin). Always consult a doctor if you take anticoagulants.

Is this product vegan?

Yes, KD Ultra® is certified vegan. Both the D3 (lichen) and the capsule (cellulose) are of plant origin.
