Returns & right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product must be complete and not damaged or used more than necessary to assess it; any safety seals must be intact. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond that, we may charge for the reduction in value. So please pack your return carefully.
For a valid return you will receive the full order amount back, including the shipping costs you paid when ordering. Only the cost of sending the item back is at your own expense: approximately € 7.25 per parcel, depending on your carrier.
How to return
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our online returns form. It takes two minutes.
- Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
- Drop off the parcel, with sufficient postage, at a service point within 14 days of registering.
- As soon as the return has been received and checked at our warehouse, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the payment method you paid with.
Exchanges
Exchanges via the returns procedure are not possible. Return the product and place a new order; on working days it is almost always shipped the same day (see shipping information).
Received damaged or a manufacturing defect?
Then you don't need to use the returns procedure. This falls under our money-back guarantee: contact us and we will sort it out together, at no return cost to you.
Exceptions
- Sealed products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products made to measure or ordered specially for you are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
