How many points do I earn when I order?
You earn 3 points for every whole euro you pay. For example, if you order for € 50.95, you will receive 150 points once you have paid for your order.
How much are my points worth?
100 points equal 1 euro.
From how many points can I redeem them?
You can redeem points once you have more than 50.
What is the maximum number of points I can redeem?
You can redeem up to 1000 points per order.
Where can I see how many points I have earned?
You can see how many points you have earned in your customer account. Go to your customer account and click on 'Points' to view your balance.
How do I redeem points?
You can redeem points during checkout. You will find this at the bottom of step 4 (Payment method). Click on 'Redeem points' to enter the number of points you want to redeem.
I already have a customer account – am I still entitled to the sign-up bonus?
No, the sign-up bonus is only for customers who have not had a customer account before.
Where can I unsubscribe from the loyalty programme's automatic emails?
You can unsubscribe from automatic emails in your customer account. Go to your account, click on 'Points' and adjust your notification preferences there.
