Dosage

Add one scoop (10 g) to 200 ml warm or cold water, once or twice a day. Stir well until the powder has fully dissolved.

Also suitable for adding to soups, stews, sauces or stocks, or for mixing with water, juice, a smoothie or a hot drink.

Storage advice

Store in a dry environment at room temperature. Do not expose to direct sunlight and heat. Close tightly after opening.
