Real Roots Oyster Capsules are filled with freeze-dried powder of wild oysters (Crassostrea gigas) from the Atlantic waters along the Irish coast. After harvesting, the oysters are processed raw and freeze-dried at a low temperature. No fillers, colourings, flavourings or preservatives. Plant-based HPMC capsule — no gelatine.

Dosage

Take 4 capsules daily or as directed by a physician or therapist. To build tolerance, it is advised to start with 2 capsules per day. The capsules can be taken during or immediately after a meal with sufficient water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
