About KiKi Health
KiKi Health opts for simple compositions: often a single ingredient, without fillers or binders, in plant-based capsules or as a powder, oil or liquid. The mushrooms are organic extracts from the fruiting body, the seaweeds come from the North Atlantic and the mineral drops consist of minerals dissolved in deionised water.

Mushroom extracts
- Lion's Mane: organic extract in 60 capsules or as a powder (50 g).
- Reishi, Cordyceps and Oyster Mushroom: organic extracts in 60 capsules.
- Maitake & Reishi: organic extract mix (50:50) in 60 capsules.

Seaweed
- Organic Sea Kelp (90 capsules): organic kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) with 432 µg iodine per capsule, exclusively naturally present. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function. Kelp is high-dose: do not take more than 1 capsule per day, and with thyroid problems or medication use, consult your doctor first.
- Organic Irish Sea Moss (90 capsules): pure Irish sea moss (Chondrus crispus), 500 mg per capsule.
Ionic mineral drops
- Ionic Zinc (50 ml): 10 mg zinc per 30 drops. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
- Ionic Magnesium (50 ml): 120 mg magnesium per 30 drops. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Ionic Electrolytes (50 ml): potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, chloride and chromium (38 µg) per 30 drops. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Fibre and activated charcoal
- Psyllium: organic psyllium husks in 120 capsules of 850 mg.
- Organic Inulin: organic inulin from blue agave (250 g).
- Organic Slippery Elm: organic bark powder from the American elm (45 g) or in 60 capsules.
- Activated charcoal from coconut shells: 50 capsules of 300 mg or powder (70 g). Activated charcoal contributes to reducing excessive flatulence after eating; this effect is obtained with 1 g at least 30 minutes before and 1 g shortly after the meal. Take activated charcoal at a different time from medication.
Oils
- Organic C8 MCT Oil (500 ml): organic caprylic acid from coconut.
- Organic Raw Virgin Coconut Oil (500 ml): cold-pressed organic coconut oil.
- Organic Black Seed Oil (125 ml): organic black seed oil.
Superfoods, herbs and other
- Moringa (120 capsules, organic leaf powder), Maca (organic, gelatinised, 100 g) and organic turmeric powder (150 g).
- Liquid chlorophyll from alfalfa (250 ml and 125 ml).
- Resveratrol (60 capsules) and Cognitive Blend (60 capsules; including brahmi, Lion's Mane, gotu kola and choline).
- Pure Marine Collagen (150 plant-based capsules): hydrolysed fish collagen, 900 mg per 2 capsules.

How do you use KiKi Health?
- Follow the dosage on the label for each product and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Mineral drops: mix 30 drops (2 ml) into water or juice.
- Kelp: a maximum of 1 capsule per day; watch out for extra iodine from other supplements.
- Activated charcoal: always with plenty of water and at a different time from medication or other supplements.
