Ordered on a working day, shipped the same day
You choose your carrier at checkout. If you order on a working day before that carrier's cut-off time, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after that are shipped on the next working day.
PostNL – before 23:00
DPD – before 21:00
DHL – before 19:00
GLS – before 15:00
UPS – before 15:00
Delivery time
Within the Netherlands, your parcel is usually delivered the next working day; in Belgium and Germany within 1 to 3 working days. For other countries, see the delivery time per country below. Busy periods at the carrier may cause delays.
Track & trace
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a track & trace code by email from the carrier. Didn't receive a code? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Stock
Stock levels on the website are an indication. In exceptional cases a product may be sold out after all because it was sold through another channel; we will then contact you.
