Vitamin B12 1000 µg is produced by Vitals Voedingssupplementen BV in Zaandam. Each capsule provides 500 µg of methylcobalamin and 500 µg of adenosylcobalamin - a 50/50 ratio of the two coenzyme forms. Methylcobalamin is active in blood plasma and cytoplasm and is a co-factor in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules per day, taken with water between meals.

Timing: between meals, on an empty or nearly empty stomach. This ensures optimal active absorption via intrinsic factor.
