I provided an incorrect delivery address
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make an adjustment within business hours. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this due to the rapid processing time of our warehouse systems.

Shipping via different parties
We ship our packages through various carriers. You can select your preferred carrier during checkout. We aim to deliver your package the next business day (within the Netherlands). However, due to busy periods, it may take longer for your package to arrive.
Track & trace code
For packages, you can track your shipment via the carrier's website or app. Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code via email from the selected carrier. These emails are sent by the carrier, and unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery process, which begins the moment the package leaves our warehouse.
Ordered before 23:59 on working days, shipped the same day
If you order before 11:59 PM on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day. However, this does depend on current stock levels. The current stock levels indicated for products on the website are merely an indication. In exceptional cases, a product may be sold out because it was sold through another channel. For orders within the Netherlands, the package will usually be delivered the next day.
