Shipping via different shipping partners
We ship our packages using various carriers. You can choose one during checkout. Our aim is to deliver your package the next business day (within the Netherlands). However, due to high volumes, it may take longer for your package to be delivered.
Track & Trace Code
For packages, it is possible to track the shipment via the website or app of the respective carrier. When your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code via email from the chosen carrier. These emails are sent by the respective carrier, and unfortunately, we have no influence on the delivery process once the package leaves our warehouse.
When will your package be shipped?
If you order on a business day? Your order will often be shipped the same day if you order before the pick-up time of the respective shipping partner. However, this depends on the current stock.
The current stock indicated for products on the website is only an indication. In a very exceptional case, it may happen that a product is out of stock because it has been sold through another channel. For orders within the Netherlands, the package will in most cases be delivered the next day.
