You can leave a review if you have a service and/or purchasing experience with our company.

Through your review, you can share your experiences with others and provide feedback to our team. Regardless of your experience, it's important for us to see if there are any improvements we can make.

Only leave reviews based on experiences within the past 12 months. This way, the reviews are relevant to users and they get a better understanding of our current performance.

It is not permitted to post a review in exchange for a reward, such as a discount, loyalty points, gifts, or other incentives. If you are offered a reward, please let us know by sending an email to info@plenthera.com.

It is not permitted to make up reviews or write a review on behalf of someone else.

If you work for, or are closely associated with, a competitor of our company, you are not permitted to review our company.

Writing a review in exchange for a reward is not allowed.

Please keep any documentation of your experiences with us so we can serve you better and faster, if needed. This documentation could include an email, an order confirmation, or a screenshot of your customer service chat.

We believe it's important to be respectful to one another. So keep it civil. Don't share anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene. Don't lie, intimidate, blackmail, threaten, or do anything illegal.

We recommend that you first report your complaints to us by emailing info@plent.nl. If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur .

In the context of reviews, we see this as follows: we give all consumers the opportunity to share their experiences—both positive and negative—but we also have the authority to remove content that could unfairly damage our reputation.

The best reviews provide a good description of the overall experience and allow readers to draw their own conclusions.

Private information includes names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and any information that can be used to locate, identify, contact, or impersonate someone.

We want everyone's privacy and security to be respected and protected on our webshop.

Unfortunately, we sometimes receive a review that isn't intended for us. This is especially frustrating if it's a negative review, as you can imagine. So please check whether your review is actually intended for our company and/or product.

If you left a review through Webwinkelkeur, you'll receive an email to verify it. This email also contains a link to view the review again, allowing you to edit it.

Freedom of expression is an important fundamental right, but there are limits. Depending on where the review is posted (in our webshop or on Webwinkelkeur), we or Webwinkelkeur are responsible for the next steps.

What could those next steps entail?

If someone reports your review for violating the guidelines, your review may be temporarily taken offline and you'll be asked to make the necessary changes. This gives you the opportunity to update your review to comply with the guidelines so it can remain up.

However, if it involves a serious violation of our guidelines or misuse of our webshop, your reviews—and even your account—may be deleted. Deleting your account will also automatically delete all your reviews.
