You may want to return a product because you no longer want it. You have the right (right of withdrawal) to return your order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason, provided the product is not damaged and the packaging is not damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Product damaged or production error?

Can I exchange a product?
Products cannot be exchanged through our returns procedure. Instead, you can return the product and place a new order. Orders placed before 11:59 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day!
Return order
To return your product(s), you can register your return here (done in 2 minutes!). After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product(s). You will be credited with the full order amount, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s) at the warehouse, provided the product(s) are in their original condition. You are responsible for the return costs to the webshop (in accordance with the Distance Selling Act). These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

- Return the package to a service point within 14 days
- Within 14 days of registering your return, we will refund the order amount including any initial shipping costs.

- You must return the shipment within 14 days of registering the return.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
- Any safety seals must still be intact.
- The return shipment is sufficiently franked.
