What's in it?
Per serving of 5 g: 5,000 mg hydrolyzed marine collagen (Naticol®, type 1, from sustainably caught fish) + 80 mg vitamin C from organic acerola (100% of the Reference Intake). Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of skin, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth, and blood vessels (EFSA, Regulation (EU) 432/2012).

What is Naticol®?
Naticol® is a patented form of hydrolyzed marine collagen type 1 from the French company Weishardt. Known for small peptide size (average 2-5 kDa) and high bioavailability.
How do I prepare Plent Pure Marine?
One sachet (5 g) or one scoop in 150-250 ml of liquid — water, juice, smoothie, or hot beverage. Stir for 30 seconds and let sit for a minute for complete dissolution. Heat-resistant: can be used in coffee or tea.
How many times a day can I take this?
One serving per day is the recommended dosage. Do not exceed this without professional advice.
Does it contain allergens?
Contains FISH (allergen). Free from gluten, lactose, and soy. Not vegan or vegetarian. Chocolate Dream also contains cocoa.
Is there a difference in content between sachets and jar?
No — exactly the same formula and taste per serving. The only difference is packaging and price per gram. The sachet version is being phased out; the jar remains.
When is the best time to take it?
Freely chosen — in the morning as a start, in coffee or a smoothie, or at another time that fits your routine. Daily consistency is more important than timing.
