An affiliate program, or partner program, is software that allows you to generate income by placing (affiliate) links on your website, email, and/or social media. When a customer comes to our webshop via such an affiliate link and places an order, you, as an affiliate, receive a commission on the total order value (the amount a customer pays).

With our affiliate program, you also receive a personal discount code that you can give to others or promote on your website, social media, or email. If this discount code is used, you receive a commission on the full order value (the amount a customer pays). This means you are no longer completely dependent on affiliate links, but can also generate income by giving your discount code to friends, family, colleagues, customers, or anyone else.

Using our own affiliate program compared to other systems, such as Tradetracker, has several advantages:

• You can create a personal discount code that you can use for promotion on your website, social media, and/or email.
• Using your discount code makes it more attractive for users to click on your links, thus generating more revenue for you (they get a 10% discount on our own brands).
• Your discount code can also be promoted 'offline'. This means that if you give your discount code to someone and they make a purchase in the webshop using this code, you will also receive a commission on it. This means you are not entirely dependent on affiliate links to generate income.
• The commission through our own affiliate system is 10% (discount packages not included), and only 7% through Tradetracker.
• At Plent, communication lines are short. Do you have questions or comments? You can quickly get in touch with the right person who can help you further.
• Our affiliate system is simple and well-organized. You don't need any technical knowledge to use it.

No, signing up and using our affiliate system is completely free! This way you can discover, without any obligation, if our system works for you.

You will receive a 10% commission on the total order value of orders placed via your affiliate link or personal discount code.

For example:

1. A visitor sees an image or text link on your website that refers (with a tagged affiliate link) to our webshop. They click on the link, land on our webshop, and place an order with a total order value of €50 excluding VAT. Your commission is calculated on the total order value excluding VAT. So, you receive €5 commission on this order.
2. You have given your personal discount code to a friend. Your friend goes to our webshop and places an order for which they receive a discount using your discount code. They place an order with a total order value of €50 excluding VAT. Your commission is calculated on the total order value excluding VAT. So, you receive €5 commission on this order.

Please note: commissions are only finalized after 30 days and then added to your account (if the order has not been canceled or returned) due to the right of return and the right of withdrawal.

Please note: discounted products (e.g., value bundles), VAT, samples, and shipping costs are not included for commission calculation.

Sales are tracked using so-called tracking links or by using your personal discount code.

Tracking links are registered using client-side cookies. Please note: the client-side must allow these cookies for tracking to work.

Commissions are finalized after 30 days if the order has not been cancelled or returned. Once a commission is finalized, it will be added to your account.
We use a 30-day period for crediting your account due to the right of return and the right of withdrawal.

To see how much commission you have earned, do the following:

• Log in to your account
• Go to 'Commissions'
• Here you can see the commissions you have earned.

Yes! Even if you give your personal discount code to someone without an affiliate link, you can earn commission if they use your code.

Please note:

• The discount code is valid on products from our own brands (Plent, Plantforce, Big Food, Arthur Andrew Medical).
• The discount code is not valid on samples and discounted products, including value bundles.
• Commission is calculated on the total order amount excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs, and excluding samples and value packs.

2. Go to 'Product Links'
3. Click 'Get Link' to obtain the affiliate link

As an affiliate, you are allowed to use product images from our webshop.

To turn email notifications on or off, do the following:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to 'Settings'
3. Click 'Notifications'
4. Here you can add or remove notifications

To have your affiliate account deleted, please contact us by sending an email to gre@plent.nl.
