Right of withdrawal
We place high demands on our products, and orders are carefully packaged and shipped. Nevertheless, you may wish to exercise your right of withdrawal because you no longer want a product.
Explanation of the right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the product is returned to us with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. This falls under the right of withdrawal.
Should the product be damaged, or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after registering your return to send your product back. You will then be credited the full order amount, including initial shipping costs.
Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.
To exercise this right, you can register your return here. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
