Usage

Take 12 tablets (3 g) per day, with water or with a meal. The tablets can be spread throughout the day, for example, 4 tablets with breakfast, 4 with lunch, and 4 with dinner.

When starting with chlorella, it is advisable to gradually build up: start with 4 tablets (1 g) per day and increase this over 2 weeks to the recommended daily dosage of 12 tablets (3 g).

For children aged 12 and over: 3-5 tablets per day. Not recommended for children under 12, unless advised by a physician.

Storage advice

Store dry at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
