Dosage: 1 sachet dissolved in 500 ml of water, as needed during or after physical exertion, on hot days or with increased electrolyte needs. Maximum 3 sachets per day.

Preparation: open a sachet, pour the contents into 500 ml of water, stir or shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Drink immediately or within a few hours.

Time of use: before, during or after physical exertion; on hot days; with increased sweating; or in the first weeks of a keto or low-carb diet (the so-called 'keto-transition phase' in which sodium and potassium excretion is temporarily increased).
