Vitals Magnesium 100 mg contains magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate. Here, each magnesium particle is bound (chelated) to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Directions for use

Take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take the tablet at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal.
