How many points do I earn when I place an order?
You earn 3 points for every full euro you pay. For example, if your order is €50.95, you will receive 150 reward points after you have paid for your order.
How much are my reward points worth?
100 reward points are equal to 1 euro.
From how many points can I redeem them?
You can redeem reward points if you have more than 50.
What is the maximum number of reward points I can redeem?
You can redeem a maximum of 1000 points per order.
Where can I see how many points I have earned?
You can see how many points you have earned in your customer account. Go to your customer account and click on 'Reward Points' to view your balance.
How can I redeem reward points?
You can redeem reward points during the checkout process. You will find this at the bottom of step 4 (Payment method). Click on 'Redeem reward points' to enter the desired number of points you wish to redeem.
I already have a customer account, am I still eligible for the registration bonus?
No, the registration bonus is only for customers who have not previously had a customer account.
Where can I unsubscribe from automatic emails from the rewards program?
In your customer account, you can unsubscribe from automatic emails. Go to your account, then click on 'Reward Points' and adjust your notification preferences there.
