This magnesium oil spray is applied directly to the skin and is intended as an external source of magnesium. The formula is made withZechstein Inside®magnesium chloride (31%), sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed approximately 2,000 meters below the Dutch surface. This deep layer is shielded from modern environmental influences and is known for its high purity. The oil is not a fat but a saturated solution of magnesium chloride in water — upon drying, it may leave a slightly gritty feeling, which is normal.

How to use: Spray directly onto the skin. Start with 5 to 10 sprays, distributed over the arms, legs or torso. Massage in and allow to absorb. Do not spray into the eyes, on mucous membranes or on broken skin. Upon first use, a tingling or slightly burning sensation may occur — this is normal with a magnesium chloride solution and will decrease with regular use.

When to use: 1 to 2 times a day, for example after showering or before sleeping.

Maximum daily dose: Follow the label and personal skin reaction. Rinse the skin if irritation persists.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed. Do not freeze.
