What is Children's DHA from Nordic Naturals?

This liquid fish oil is designed for children aged 1 year and older. Each 2.5 ml serving provides 530 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, more than half of which is DHA. These fatty acids are naturally present in cod liver oil and are preserved in their original triglyceride form – the form in which they are also found in whole foods.

Children's DHA contains no added vitamin A or D, and is exclusively composed of fish oil and natural flavors. This makes it suitable for parents who want to dose consciously, without unwanted additives. Thanks to its mild strawberry flavor, the oil is generally well accepted by children.

This product is identical to the 119 ml variant, but in a value pack of 473 ml. The oil is processed in Norway. The omega-3 fatty acids are present in triglyceride form. The strawberry flavor is natural – no artificial colors or flavors.

Dosage

For children aged 1 to 6 years: take ½ teaspoon (approx. 2.5 ml) daily with a meal, or as recommended by a doctor or pharmacist. The oil can be taken directly or mixed with cold food such as yogurt, juice or a smoothie. Shake well before use.
