Dosage

Take 2–5 grams per day or as directed by a physician or therapist. To build tolerance, it is advised to start with 1 gram per day. Mix the powder with (lukewarm) warm drinks (100–200 ml). Consume within 10 minutes after stirring. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
