Vitamin D3 Drops - 20ml

This product contains approximately 700 drops of 5µg vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from sheep's wool fat), enough for 350 doses of 10µg for babies and children or 140 doses of 25µg for adults. The convenient pipette allows for easy and accurate dosing. Vitamin D3 in drop form is ideal because it allows for different dosages. Vitamin D3 most effective The most common forms of vitamin D (calciferol) are vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Usage

For children aged 0 and older, take 2 drops (10 µg vitamin D3) daily, either neat or mixed with water, juice, or yogurt, with a meal (can also be used in warm drinks or porridge). For adults, take 5 drops (25 µg vitamin D3) daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Please note

The dosage of 25 µg is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. Use within 6 months after opening. Do not refrigerate.
