Ingredient list 

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g strawberries or berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 200 g full-fat Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 100 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or elderberry syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Optional: a few drops of Vitals Vitamin D3Drops (liquid, safe to mix into a smoothie)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses or cups with a straw.
  4. Drink immediately.
