  • 150 g Medjool dates
  • 60 g rolled oats
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g cashews
  • 1 tbsp KiKi HealthMaca powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 30 g dark chocolate (85%+), chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Place dates, rolled oats, shredded coconut, cashews, maca, cacao, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse and mix for 1-2 minutes until a sticky mass forms.
  3. Stir in dark chocolate chips (manually).
  4. Form 14 bites with your hands (approx. 3 cm diameter).
  5. Place on a plate, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator (1 week).
