Preparation

  1. Heat the broth in a soup pot with turmeric, ginger, and garlic (5 min).
  2. Poach the eggs in the broth for 3-4 minutes (lower them in with a spoon to maintain their shape).
  3. Ladle broth into 2 bowls.
  4. Add a spoonful of sauerkraut/kimchi and an egg to each bowl.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs, lime juice, and black pepper.
